Use this form to submit a non-emergency warranty request/claim to Odyssey Homes. Please complete all required fields and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Requests are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Prior to submitting this request form, please carefully review the Home Buyers Warranty Booklet that you received at contract signing or closing. For quicker processing, log in to the Builder Trend platform and submit a claim within this software.
Emergency Warranty Request
At any time during the Odyssey Homes Warranty period, should you experience an emergency situation (as defined in the Home Buyer Manual), please refer to the list of emergency numbers you received at your orientation.
Our trade contractors or local utility companies provide emergency responses to the following conditions:
- Total loss of heat
- Total loss of electricity
- Total loss of water
- Plumbing leak that requires the entire water supply to be shut off
- Gas leak
Note that if a service (gas, electricity, water) is out in an entire area, attention from the local utility company is needed. Trade contractors are unable to help with such outages. If you still need assistance, call your salesperson and we will get someone out as quickly as we can.
